Ingredients that you will need for 2 servings:
- 2 cups of mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
- ½ chopped banana
- ¾ cup of milk (you can use nut milk as well)
- 20 mg CBD oil (a full dropper of our regular CBD oil)
Place the fruits and the milk in a blender, and blend until the ingredients are well mixed.
